Index Holding is seeking a full-time Administrative Manager at the Vice President office with at least 2 years experience in office administration, management, government relations and corporate communications. This position will ensure smooth workflow operations of the Vice Presidents office. The role will also include attending meetings with clients and suppliers for or on behalf of the Vice President and will involve representing the company with assigned tasks related to the different business of INDEX holding.

Customer Care Executive INDEX Conferences and Exhibitions Org. Est
The customer care executive will be in a role where they will be responsible for managing delegates and visitors’ requirements about the event they will be assigned to. They will also be responsible for the data mining and research for potential visitors or participants for each event. They will be responsible for contacting these potential participants from existing database or new data that they have created. There role is to inform customers about our events and services and convince them to attend over the phone, e-mail, or if necessary in person and then proceed with registering them. They would be expected to spend a lot of their time calling people and expanding their data pool. They could also help the project team with other data entry/research and also support admin work in preparation phase of each event. They will also be available onsite to receive visitors and register them. This role will also involve financial management.

Operations Manager INDEX Conferences and Exhibitions Org. Est
The candidate also should have some broad knowledge in the field of event management and marketing. Their role will include admin work; follow up with the different departments with in the company (example, design hospitality, etc.). Their role will also involve coordination with vendors, supervision of the registration, guidance of the customer care executives.
The candidate is expected to have a minimum one-year experience in the events field. If the candidate does not have this experience, then they could have experiences in marketing or advertising.
Expected to be involved in the day-to-day organization of the event.

The main role for the marketing executive for INDEX Media is to become the liaison between the event teams and the design/media team for items related to marketing of the events. Their role will include input on marketing plans for each event. Give an expert opinion on what would work and what would not work, be able to give comments and feedback on designs, copywriting, and timing of campaigns. They will be also expected to replicate successful marketing practices across all events.
The marketing executive will be signing off designs, before they go for final approval by the Project Manager. Their role will also include maintaining and improving the overall image of the brands they work with.

We are seeking college students interested in Marketing. The students’ will assist in the development, deliver and promotion of our Healthcare Management Program.
Expectations:
Work full-time from late June to early September 2010. Be willing to meet to work in a fast-pace environment. Summer interns will be expected to work off-site (when necessary).

Should be well experienced with the Microsoft Office XP products and Windows 2000 and XP, Microsoft BackOffice products including Exchange and knowledge of IT Service Management processes and best practice (such as ITIL)
Experienced in working with Active Directory and the application and interaction of Group Policies
Understand IT security and its implementations
Experience in troubleshooting CISCO CCME IP Telephony
Understanding of network topologies and windows dedicated services (TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS)
