Develop and maintain web sites for INDEX Holding and its member companies’ internet presence in line with INDEX Holding’s strategic plan, vision, mission, values goals and objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Three to four years of extensive web design and development experience
Excellent graphic design skills
Experience with common computing platforms (Windows, Macintosh) is required Experience with search engine applications and database integration with web pages is preferred

Holding and having work experience with an Industry standard Microsoft qualification (MCSE)
Experienced in the installation and configuration of Microsoft Windows operating systems within a domain environment – Primarily 2003 Server
Experience in monitoring and reporting issues in a server environment
Should be well experienced with the Microsoft Office XP products and Windows 2000 and XP, Microsoft BackOffice products including Exchange and knowledge of IT Service Management processes and best practice (such as ITIL)
Experienced in working with Active Directory and the application and interaction of Group Policies
Understand IT security and its implementations
Experience in troubleshooting CISCO CCME IP Telephony
Understanding of network topologies and windows dedicated services (TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS)
Well versed in Server operating systems
Skills required
Resolve daily issues that impact the sites and teams
Able to install/configure/maintain network printers
Able to patch network outlets, resolve user connectivity issues
Installation trouble shooting and support of remote connections
Build, configure, deliver and trouble-shoot PCs / Servers to the correct standard and classification
Carry out creation of user accounts and apply relevant permissions
Data backup management
Installation of Anti-virus software and ensuring successful upgrades
Plan routine maintenance on the Server systems as needed
Installation of accredited software packages and license management
Able to manage the IP telephony troubleshooting.
Assist in server migrations from 2003 environment to 2008 environments

The events coordinator will undertake and coordinate all the operational tasks associated with the event, working effectively with a diverse range of individuals and groups to ensure the smooth running of the assigned event
Qualifications and Experience
University graduate with one year experience in a similar field Well organized with an eye and attention for details Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, able to use email and internet effectively
