Grand Presence of Dubai Character and Licensing Fair 2008 Delegation At Seoul Character Fair 2007
Dubai Character and Licensing Fair 2008 (DCLF2008) delegation to Seoul Character Fair 2007 achieved remarkable success. The delegation shaded lights on Dubai upcoming Dubai Character 2008 as one of the mega events to be hosted by Dubai the economic and commercial capital of the United Arab Emirates. The delegation attended the inaugural ceremony of Seoul Character Fair 2007 and held joint constructive meetings with the Korean Ministry of Culture. Members of the delegation have also taken active role in the events organized in conjunction with Seoul Character Fair 2007 one of the prominent economic, trading, and cultural shows organized in Korea and the entire Region of South East Asia.

His Excellency Abdullah Mohammed Adelaide Al Maena the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of South Korea visited the stand of Dubai Character and Licensing Fair 2008. His Excellency hailed the active and successful participation of Dubai in Seoul Character Fair 2007 and expressed his delightfulness of the fabulous participation of Dubai in the fair. He said this significant participation would strengthen further the ties between the UAE and S.Korea.
He added that Dubai participation will have excellent positive impacts on the existing economic and cultural ties that bind the UAE and S. Korea. Such effective participation would boost further our bilateral cooperation in the economic and cultural fields he said.
H.E. Abdul Salam Al Madani President of Index Holding said, Dubai delegates introduced number of professional promotional presentations focusing on Dubai’s successful economic strides. Investment facilities and business opportunities available for Korean investors and companies in the sectors of tourism, hotel industry, information technology , media production entertainment and leisure are among many other opportunities available for direct and joint venture projects with Korean investors were highlighted by the delegates.
He added Dubai delegates have successfully held working sessions and meetings with the top officials of the Korean Ministry of Culture. Venues for future cooperation in organizing economic and cultural events and exchange of cultural and artists groups visits were discussed. The delegation held a meeting with the Seoul Character Fair management and exchanged ideas and expertise.
Mr. Al Madani said, Dubai Character and Licensing Fair 2008 stand at Seoul Character Fair 2007 attracted the attention of over 50 thousand visitors. They were impressed and amused by Jum Jum character. Over 20 countries around the world have taken part in the event. Jum Jum character added a pleasant touch to the stand reflecting the hospitality, love and integrity that characterize Dubai the economic and business capital of the UAE.
Dubai Character and Licensing Fair 2008 (DCLF2008) is the first international character and licensing Fair of its kind in the UAE and in the entire Middle East. DCLF2008 will be hosted by Dubai from 28 to 30 October 2008. This international event is expected to attract over 250 international and regional companies and 10 thousand businessmen, traders and specialists from around the world. (DCLF 2008) will focus on international cartoon character animations, technical, cultural, educational, move, entertainments, games, information technology, multimedia, and arts. INDEX Holding is organizing this fair in corporation with the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing organize this international event jointly.
